The infrared filter is generally cleaned by ultrasonic cleaning machine and centrifugal cleaning machine before coating, but if you want to get ultra-clean matrix surface, you need to further use plasma surface treatment, not only can remove the invisible organic residue on the matrix surface, but also can use plasma surface treatment process to activate and etch the matrix surface to improve the coating quality and yield.
